How long does shipping take?
Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours. Balearic/Canary Islands: 3–5 days. You will receive a tracking email.

How much does shipping cost?
We show the cost at checkout based on your address. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery. Email us at hola@casaindira.com with your order number and we'll send you the instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard). More payment methods coming soon. Your payment is secure thanks to an HTTPS (SSL) connection.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.

My product arrived damaged/incorrect
We'll fix it. Send us photos to hola@casaindira.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll give you a quick solution.
